We are situated very well for future growth. Peoria is a desirable place for builders and today is a leading housing submarket in the Phoenix MSA. The economic downturn provided the space to enable staff to retool existing processes and identify new opportunities (such as over-the-counter permitting, self-certification) to streamline the development process and retain our position as a good place to do business."
